Home Match, Anglian Combination Division 3 - 2013 - 2014

Win, 2 - 1

It was good to finally get another 3 points on the board with a hard fought (lucky) 2-1 win over bottom side Downham Town a fortnight ago, after a wonder goal from Tristran Docherty, with Aaron Haynes smashing in the winner moments from time.

They were a better team than their league position suggests, but will benefit from a few more years experience in the adult leagues as being very young they weren't used to a good old fashioned tackle from the likes of Stoz and Tris.

They spent too much time diving around trying to win free kicks and their captain could do with reading up on the 'respect' rule!
