Match based disciplinary system

Match based suspensions. For the players, here is a summary of the newly revised situation.
With the new disciplinary system in place, it will be EASY for anybody sent off to also, (if they kick up a fuss about being sent off e.g. tell the ref he has no known father or similar accusation, or argue about the sending off in any other way, etc.), attract a MISCONDUCT charge, which will inevitably result in a longer suspension.
So, the essential messages are:
1 - unless there is VIDEO evidence, then a player has NO comeback and cannot appeal against a sending off (or booking);
2 - further argument will INEVITABLY result in misconduct;
3 - MISCONDUCT bans the player from ALL forms of football, but a normal sending off bans him only from the from of football he attracted the sending off from (i.e. Saturday sending off = ban from Saturday footy only);
4 - Suspensions automatically commence 21 days from the sending off.
So, chaps, there will be no option but to take the medicine without complaint – if you don't, you will undoubtedly miss more football than you bargained for.
Hope this explains the situation to you, but if you have any further questions, look at the Norfolk County FA website www.norfolkfa.com/Governance/Discipline/
