Re-scheduled EGM

The Club announces the EGM, previously to be held at Hempnall Village Hall, on Thursday 6th October 2011 at 19.00 has been re-scheduled for 19.30 on Thursday 13th October 2011.
The meeting is to discuss the adoption of a new Constitution following the amalgamation of the Adult and Youth clubs.
The change in date is due to the fact that we have been instructed by the Anglian Combination to attend a meeting regarding Step 7 ground facilities on the same night, and both the Chairman and Secretary are required to attend.
We apologise for this but it is out of our control.
