Mark and Debbie Ashford are determined to increase the youth presence in the Club, and with our Talbot Park facility developing, the future is even brighter.
Recently, Mark and Debbie have commenced a youth training session for, currently, Under 7's, but are looking to expand to other age groups. Their training session is on Saturday mornings at 09.30, for 1 hour. Both are first aid trained.
Also helping is Cat Mahoney, thanks to her from the Club.
The Club is looking for parents / coaches and other willing helpers, to expand the youth section.
If you would like to get involved in any way, perhaps helping to train an age group with a view to forming a team, or perhaps you have a number of children that would benefit from good coaching sessions, please contact Debbie or Mark initially on 01508-498242, or the Club via the 'Contact Us' section of the website.
We currently use the facility at the Village Hall.
All staff involved with the children have been 'CRB' checked, the Club is a Charter Standard Club and we take the supervision of children under our guidance very seriously. Both Mark and Debbie have the necessary first aid qualifications also.
