Hempnall Football Club was saddened to hear that one of our longest-standing and most important supporters has died.
Jimmy Rodger was a president of the club and one of its greatest influences. He loved his sport and, apart from football, he enjoyed his golf and his bowls.
Jim lived to be 94 years old and remained an influential local man. Along with his family he was one of the most important members of our local community.
We leave him with our greatest thanks and our greatest respect.
